Dynatrace is a company dedicated to making the world’s software work perfectly through its unified software intelligence platform. The Lead Partner Marketing Manager will integrate technology alliances into the global Partner Marketing program, focusing on developing key partnerships and managing long-term marketing plans to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- You’re responsible for guiding strategy, planning, priority setting and process, as we evolve technology alliance marketing
- Develop and execute strategic partner marketing programs that align with the technology alliances strategy
- Build a scalable execution model that enables partners to promote their partnership and offering, via packaged resources and templates where appropriate
- Working with our global comms teams, establish a strategy and plan for communications
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including key Technology Alliance partners, and internal stakeholders, including the Dynatrace Technology Alliance Team
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, such as ServiceNow
- Be the go-to point of contact for internal or external Technology Alliance requests
- Create and deliver partner-facing marketing materials and assets
- Set goals; track and measure the performance of Technology Alliance partner marketing programs and initiatives
- Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence in campaigns, programs and events where appropriate
- Manage the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities and drive results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing at enterprise technology companies
- Proven track record developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to synthesise the complex into every day wording
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the Technology Alliances plan
- Travel may be required in this role (up to 10%)
