Microbot Medical is a cutting-edge medical device endovascular robotic surgery company, seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Professional Education Manager to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing sales training and professional education programs for internal teams and external healthcare professionals, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product knowledge and clinical competency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of professional education programs, including physician training, workshops, and hands-on lab experiences
- Develop educational materials, presentations, training modules, and procedural guides
- Own coordination of logistics for training events, including scheduling, facility arrangements, equipment preparation, and participant communication
- Provide on-site and/or virtual support during educational programs and training events
- Manage training calendars and coordinate scheduling across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain training records, documentation, and program tracking systems
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance training programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Partner with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to support education initiatives aligned with commercial goals
- Collaborate with Marketing and Chief Medical Officer to ensure educational content aligns with clinical data and product positioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (Life Sciences, Education, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or medical education environment required
- Experience leading and supporting physician education programs, events, and sales training initiatives required
- Ability to lead and facilitate training events as a subject matter expert and primary trainer
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Professional presence and ability to interact with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours based on training schedules
- Ability to lift and transport heavy demo model equipment (50+lbs)
- Experience leading and participating in medical device and medical education activities
- Prior experience as a field-based representative in the medical device industry preferred
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or sales enablement platforms (e.g. Allego, Showpad)
- ADDIE Instruction Design Certification a plus
