Position: Organizational Change Manager Copilot Rollout

Location: Raritan, NJ Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months

Context:
Enterprise-wide rollout of Microsoft Copilot across a large user base across client. The expectation is NOT a traditional OCM role, but someone who can drive adoption, communication strategy, and training enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute change management strategy for Copilot rollout
Drive communication cadence (alerts, campaigns, user engagement)
Build and manage training programs and user enablement
Partner with stakeholders for adoption and behavioral change
Work with internal teams / Microsoft on rollout execution
Support adoption tracking, feedback loops, and dashboards

Experience Required

8 12+ years in Organizational Change Management
Strong background in digital workplace / enterprise transformation
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / M365 / AI adoption (strong preference)
Experience in communication strategy, training, and stakeholder engagement
