Role: Organizational Change Manager Copilot Rollout
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Location: Raritan, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)
Context:
Enterprise-wide rollout of Microsoft Copilot across a large user base across the client. The expectation is NOT a traditional OCM role, but someone who can drive adoption, communication strategy, and training enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute change management strategy for Copilot rollout
- Drive communication cadence (alerts, campaigns, user engagement)
- Build and manage training programs and user enablement
- Partner with stakeholders for adoption and behavioral change
- Work with internal teams / Microsoft on rollout execution
- Support adoption tracking, feedback loops, and dashboards
Experience Required
- 8 12+ years in Organizational Change Management
- Strong background in digital workplace / enterprise transformation
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / M365 / AI adoption (strong preference)
- Experience in communication strategy, training, and stakeholder engagement
Profile Expectation (Important)
We need candidates who are:
- Candidates should bring a balance of strategy + execution (not purely documentation-driven OCM)
- Given that the client is rolling out Copilot premium to 135K+ users and 80K+ contractors across organization in a staged manner. The team where we are working with is responsible for ensuring timely alerts, communications, trainings and using other methods to ensure proper adoption by the target user groups. So a strong experience in enterprise-scale change initiatives, ideally within digital workplace / M365 environments will stand out.
- Exposure to Copilot / AI adoption / similar transformation programs will be a key differentiator
- Ability to drive communication, training, and user adoption end-to-end
