Oraion is your single source of truth for enterprise data, utilizing agentic AI to provide insights from data. The Enterprise Business Development Representative will drive new business opportunities, engage with enterprise prospects, and build strategic outbound campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect high-value enterprise accounts through outbound outreach and strategic targeting
- Build and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, events, and calls
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the enterprise sales team
- Research target accounts and stakeholders to craft highly relevant outreach
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including VP, Director and C-suite executives
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
- Maintain accurate records of activity, outreach, and pipeline development in CRM systems
- Support early-stage sales conversations and help qualify opportunities
- Continuously test, measure and improve outbound strategies
- Represent Oraion in early conversations with prospective customers and help communicate the value of our platform
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound enterprise sales roles within SaaS, AI, data infrastructure, or enterprise software companies
- Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
- Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with strong ownership mentality
- Curiosity about AI, data platforms, and enterprise technology
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns and targets
- Experience prospecting into Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo or similar platforms
- Background in AI, data platforms, business intelligence, automation or cloud infrastructure
- Start-up environment experience
