DOE Media is a premier, data-driven firm specializing in global digital advertising and retention marketing. They are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities and manage client relationships throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities (about 100+ activities per day) through various outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to prospect and engage leads
- Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and determine their potential as customers, and schedule qualified leads for follow-up discovery meetings with your account executives to further assess their business and potential for partnership with HubSpot
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your outbound prospecting efforts
- Answer inbound inquiries via email, FB/IG messages and web forms with prompt replies
- Qualify inbound leads for our Account Executive team who will help facilitate client closes
- Ruthlessly stay on top of all outbound and inbound clients interested in our services
- Organize inbound leads and ensure all sales team and onboarding team members have everything they need seamlessly
- Creatively test replies to get the best outcome to book a sales call
- Sell DOE Media Services such as Facebook, Google, YouTube and TikTok advertising along with SEO, Web development, Web design and Email marketing services
- Provide consistent product value to all of your clients
- Manage client relationships across their entire lifecycle
- Identify client needs and position DOE Media in a way that sets the relationship and project up for success
- Investigate the customer’s long-term business objectives and anticipate future needs
- Identify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business units
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in digital media sales
- Speak and write English natively with minimal grammatical and pronunciation issues
- 1-2 years of Hubspot or similar CRM experience
- Has worked with cold email tech – such as Instantly, Outreach, or similar
- Comfort with G-suite – specifically Gmail, calendar, slides, and sheets
- Ability to work US based hours
- Ability to assist in closing accounts with values ranging from $24k – $100K ARR
- You are competitive and have a track record of over-achieving quota
- Intellectual curiosity – you love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning your client's needs
- Experience selling to ecommerce brands is highly desired
