A Perfect Fit is a fast-growing personal chef service providing customized healthy meals prepared in clients’ homes. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative responsible for generating new client opportunities and booking consultations for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement
- Respond to inbound leads from website inquiries, search traffic, and marketing campaigns
- Qualify prospects and schedule consultations with the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities within HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies and identify new market opportunities
Requirements:
- Highly motivated
- Experience in outbound prospecting
- Ability to respond to inbound leads
- Experience managing opportunities in HubSpot CRM
- Ability to prospect new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement
- Ability to qualify prospects and schedule consultations with the Account Executive team
- Ability to maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities within HubSpot CRM
- Ability to collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies and identify new market opportunities
- Ability to meet performance expectations including outbound calls of 150–200 per week and outreach touch points of 400–500 per week
- Ability to achieve expected results including booking 8–10 consultations per month and closing 2–3 new clients per month
