They are seeking a highly motivated Digital and Automation Customer Success Manager to develop relationships with healthcare providers and ensure their success with digital and automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring their success with our digital and automation solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements
- Create and deliver presentations, training sessions, and documentation to educate customers on best practices and new features
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in radiology and cardiology to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology)
- Minimum of five years of experience in customer success management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of radiology and/or cardiology workflows and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
