Aretiforce is an established Salesforce consultancy focused on delivering genuine value to their clients. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee the full customer lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and driving adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and set them up for long-term success
- Drive adoption and make sure customers are actually using what's been built
- Own renewals and retention across your book of business
- Run onboarding calls
- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Flag risk early
- Be the internal voice of the customer when it matters
Requirements:
- Mid-level CSM with solid Salesforce experience
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce
- At least one active Salesforce certification
- 3–5 years in a customer success or account management role, ideally at a Salesforce consultancy or ISV partner
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts across different sizes and stages
- Strong onboarding and implementation experience
- Proven track record on renewals and retention
- Commercial awareness to spot and develop expansion opportunities
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with both end users and C-suite stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and genuinely invested in client outcomes
- More than one active Salesforce certification
