The Influencer Marketing Manager will define and lead the enterprise-wide influencer marketing strategy, managing partnerships and ensuring compliance with brand standards while driving impactful marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, owns, and evolves Empower’s global influencer marketing strategy aligned with enterprise objectives
- Identifies emerging platforms, creator trends, and cultural movements
- Defines and manages the annual influencer operating plan and budget
- Provides strategic oversight of external influencer agencies
- Oversees influencer programs including always-on, launches, and partnerships
- Leads negotiation and contracting for influencer collaborations
- Ensures influencer content meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards
- Defines KPIs and leads performance reporting and optimization
- Owns influencer compliance, brand safety, and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in influencer marketing
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale influencer programs
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Working knowledge of FTC regulations and influencer compliance standards
