Revel is building software infrastructure for critical hardware systems across aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing. They are seeking a versatile Content Marketing Writer to translate complex technical insights into compelling narratives, owning content across various channels and collaborating with engineers and marketing leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers and our test engineers to draft impactful case studies and testimonials that demonstrate Revel’s real-world impact
- Build a steady drumbeat of content: customer case studies, product announcements, company milestones, and thought leadership that highlight Revel’s momentum
- Transform core insights and long-form content into various marketing assets, such as social posts, blogs, and conference session topics
- Work alongside sharp engineers to digest complex technical updates and translate them into readable, engaging content for both technical and executive audiences
- Report to marketing leadership while collaborating closely with designers for graphics, product teams for launches, and engineers for technical accuracy
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or PR (exceptional junior candidates with 1–2 years of experience and strong fit will be considered)
- Proven ability to write about 'Hard Tech' or highly technical domains (aerospace, defense, engineering, industrial software, etc)
- Experience not just in writing, but in understanding how content fits into a broader marketing funnel and brand strategy
- A high capacity for learning a complex technical domain quickly and authoring credible content
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or in the aerospace/defense industry
