- Lead set design and world-building efforts, translating creative concepts into tangible, visually compelling environments
- Build production bids inclusive of timelines/review calendars, budgets and corresponding assumptions and inclusions, and production calendars
- Tightly manage the OOP budget across all projects, fully owning hard costs to roll up into one holistic budget
- Partner closely with Creative and Brand/Strategy to advise on feasibility, guide execution, and bring ideas to life effectively
- Source, negotiate, and manage production vendors, crew, talent, and locations, while overseeing all contracts, permits, payroll, and insurance COIs
- Lead internal project communication and manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring teams are aligned as priorities shift and work progresses
- Maintain organized project documentation and reporting, proactively identifying risks, anticipating scope changes, and optimizing production workflows and processes against established KPIs
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in production within advertising, content, or social-first environments, with a strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows from pre-production through post
- Deep understanding of how content is created for social platforms, with experience producing high-volume, fast-turn deliverables across channels like TikTok and Instagram
- Expert understanding of production workflow and all required agreements, contracts, and logistical details along the way
- Proven ability to bring productions to life across a range of scopes
- Strong command of budgets and timelines, with experience managing projects of varying sizes from inception through delivery
- Comfortable owning client-facing production conversations and managing expectations
- Skilled in managing internal stakeholders and external vendors, with a strong eye for talent across crew, directors, DPs, and production partners
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, communicate clearly, and proactively identify risks in real time
