They are seeking a Policy Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration's RISE Implementation initiative by analyzing policies and providing recommendations for implementation. This role involves reviewing existing policies, conducting stakeholder interviews, and ensuring compliance during implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of assessment tools
- Summarizing findings from stakeholder interviews
- Helping prepare reports that translate policy requirements into actionable implementation guidance
- Support coordination efforts to ensure policy compliance during implementation
- Contribute to tracking issues, risks, and dependencies related to regulatory or policy constraints
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience, including with policy analysis and research
- Bachelor's degree in a related program, such public policy, political science, or public health
- Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Experience or coursework related to healthcare policy or federal programs
