FlexOffers is a dynamic marketing agency focused on affiliate marketing, seeking a driven Business Development Manager. This role involves identifying and closing new advertiser partnerships while leveraging existing networks to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and close new advertiser partnership opportunities
- Own a full-cycle sales process: outbound outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
- Proactively identify, prospect, and close new advertiser partnerships (primary focus)
- Leverage your existing network of advertisers, brands, and agency contacts to generate immediate pipeline and revenue
- Execute high-volume outbound efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to consistently build new business opportunities
- Leverage your existing rolodex of advertisers and brand contacts to generate immediate opportunities
- Collaborate with account management to ensure seamless activation
- Develop customized partner marketing solutions tailored to each client’s goals
- Stay current on trends in affiliate marketing, partner ecosystems, and performance media
Requirements:
- Must have previous agency and affiliate marketing experience (min 5 years+)
- Must have existing network of advertiser and brand relationships that can be activated for new business (Must)
- Proven success in sales or business development roles driving advertiser acquisition and partnerships
- Existing book of business / strong network of advertiser and brand relationships (required)
- Open to Travel to tradeshows, events (USA) 50%
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Experience structuring and negotiating performance or affiliate-based deals
- Strong understanding of partner marketing metrics, campaign optimization, reporting/analytics and ROI-based selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Remote working experience (mandatory)
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and results oriented
- Senior-level candidate who can take full ownership of the role and execute with minimal oversight
- Hands-on experience managing and growing relationships with advertiser brands
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
