Must Haves:
- Strong Kanban management expertise, including flowbased metrics (cycle time, WIP limits, throughput), backlog flow optimization, and the ability to apply Kanban pragmatically alongside Scrum to improve predictability and delivery momentum.
- Effective facilitation and team coaching skills, with a proven ability to build trust quickly, foster psychological safety, and guide teams toward selforganization, continuous improvement, and experimentation in fastchanging delivery systems.
- Experience operating in scaled Agile environments, including crossteam planning, dependency management, inspectandadapt events, and alignment across multiple platform and product teams.
- Strong systems thinking and delivery discipline, demonstrated by effective backlog management, metricsdriven conversations, impediment removal, and clear communication of progress, risks, and tradeoffs to product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
Strongly Desired but not expected due to early industry adoption:
- Hands-on experience coaching teams through agile, spec-driven development transformation, particularly shifting from traditional Scrum execution to more intentional, designfirst or specdriven development models in complex enterprise environments.
