Role: Scrum Master

Location: Exton,PA

Mode of work: 5 days in office

Experience: 10+ years

Role Description:

Experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in implementing Agile methodologies and working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Key Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams in a SAFe environment.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, execution, and delivery.

Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment with business goals.

Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team progress.

Drive Agile maturity and promote best practices across teams.

Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability, etc.).

Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and Lean-Agile mindset.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.

Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Rally is preferred.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master – SSM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master – SASM).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

Experience working in large enterprise Agile transformations.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
