Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting standards, and compliance controls.
• Manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including dependencies, critical paths, and milestones.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and ensure timely updates and baseline control.
• Lead risk, issue, and dependency management, ensuring mitigation and resolution tracking.
• Support governance meetings, documentation, and action tracking.
• Communicate program status, risks, and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of IT/business experience with 5+ years managing complex enterprise projects.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in program/project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
• Proven experience in risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in ServiceNow and DocuSign.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
