Required Skills & Experience - 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
- Experience supporting Windows-based PCs and basic Mac environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service workflows
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
Desired Skills & Experience - Exposure to Citrix desktop environments
- Active Directory or user access management experience
- Basic WAN/LAN networking knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
- Coursework in Computer Science or IT-related fields
