Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Prem & Online)
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our CRM division and take part in complex, large-scale Dynamics 365 projects within enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Premises and Online)
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and system specification with business stakeholders
- Write functional and technical design documents
- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support implementation processes in complex organizational environments
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM
- Experience working with On-Premises and Online environments
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proven experience writing high-level design and specification documents
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and clients
