Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the public image of our organization by managing communication channels and delivering clear, engaging messages to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to craft compelling narratives, manage media relations, and coordinate internal and external communications effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s goals and initiatives.
• Create, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Manage relationships with media outlets and respond to media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are informed about company news and updates.
• Monitor media coverage and public perception of the organization, providing regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
