Summary:
The primary purpose of the role is to align the goals of the Country with the broader Americas strategy as well as the Company’s overall strategic plan to maximize sales and profitability. The Country Manager is responsible for all sales, marketing, legal, finance, administration and related functions for Hollister Limited, Canada. The Country Manager determines the strategic direction and provides overall leadership, ensuring that all goals are met. Leads the team to live and promote the Schneiders’ Legacy.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve financial targets including sales, margins, cash flow.
- Lead the sales function based on accurate planning and forecasts.
- Act upon monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) results and analyses.
- Approve planned margins of products, including promotions, programs and discounts.
- Use the Sales and Operations (S&OP) methodology to assure that products are delivered to customers and distributors as planned.
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Manage Sales ERP for self and subordinates.
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Use in-depth understanding of the country to establish the strategic goals aligning them with the overall region and corporate objectives.
- Lead the Canadian team to develop short- and long-term local strategy to create the country business goals.
- Ensure that all commercial, regulatory, employment, administrative and compliance laws are properly complied.
- Lead Marketing of the business unit to maximize business opportunities. Initiate innovation projects regarding product and services.
- Lead Hollister Commercial Excellence initiatives.
- Assess market opportunities and focus the team to take them.
People Management:
- Lead the Canadian team, connecting The Schneiders’ Legacy with performance.
- Drive initiatives that increase employee engagement.
- Ensure continuous coaching and feedback to team to drive performance, as well as employee growth and development.
- Partner with Human Resources to establish staffing plans and optimal organizational structure.
Company Representative:
- Act as legal representative: Solely representative of Hollister Limited, Canada.
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits (where applicable).
- Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
- Vision-setting and alignment with business strategy.
- High-level decision-making and resource allocation.
- Travel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
Education & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences:
- Number of Overall Years Necessary: 12-15 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing commercial teams
- Minimum 10 years of experience being responsible of a business unit
- Minimum 7 years of Full responsibility of P&L and OPEX management

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $154,205 - $242,322 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
