
Title: Digital Content Manager, Abortion Campaigns
Reports to: Campaign Director, Abortion Campaigns
Location: Washington, D.C.
Status: Full-time, Exempt. This position is included in a union-represented collective bargaining unit; specific employment terms and conditions are subject to labor-management negotiations and a potential Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Salary: $65,000 - $71,500
Position Summary
The Content Digital Manager will oversee the campaigns' digital presence and manage online communications and outreach. The Digital Content Manager will collaborate with team members to develop and execute compelling and effective digital programs for our campaigns. This person will help manage and support digital activities, including crafting and deploying social media content, managing and updating our website, and working on creative and innovative strategies to expand the distribution and footprint of our content.

Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 120 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are eligible for 16 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment.
