JOB CONTENT
To drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships, ultimately achieving sales targets and promoting Atyab's products in the assigned territory. Leveraging expertise in distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing, ensure optimal product visibility and availability across marketplace outlets, including remote locations, through regular customer and retail outlet visits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction. 2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Atyab's product offerings. 3. Effectively present and promote products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits. 4. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet company objectives. 5. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Supervisor. 6. Collect and process customer orders accurately and on time. 7. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. 8. Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 9. Employ inventory management techniques to anticipate customer needs, optimize stock levels in the van, and minimize backorders or overstocking. 10. Maintain sufficient stock in the van to fulfill requirements of customers. 11. Identify and engage new customers in remote locations, expanding Atyab's reach and market penetration. 12. Conduct efficient sales interactions, closing deals with end users/consumers and exceeding sales targets. 13. Ensure all required documentation, including invoices and delivery notes, is completed efficiently. 14. Provide regular reports to the Sales Supervisor on sales performance and market feedback. 15. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 16. Provide regular feedback to the Sales Supervisor on market dynamics and customer needs. 17. Secure accurate and timely cash collections, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company cash handling procedures. 18. Plan and execute daily sales routes efficiently to maximize coverage. 19. Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor for route optimization and adherence to schedules. 20. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales activities. 21. Ensure compliance with pricing structures, discounts, and promotional activities. 22. Demonstrate complete accountability for the entrusted inventory in the van. 23. Implement effective stock control procedures to minimize inventory discrepancies, identify and report any losses or damages promptly, and take necessary corrective actions.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent – Additional sales training is a plusExperience:
– 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
