ABOUT THE JOB: We are expanding our presence in China and are looking for a Publisher Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with direct publishers and mediation partners and possess a solid understanding of RTB mechanisms and integrations.
This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing publisher relationships to enhance our supply network across display, in-app, and video inventory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct publishers, app developers, and mediation partners.
Identify and onboard new publisher partners for RTB integrations to expand Xapads’ global supply inventory.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth integration and optimization of publisher traffic.
Monitor performance metrics, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize publisher yield.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the programmatic and RTB ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
2-3 years of experience in Publisher Business Development or Programmatic Supply Management.
Strong network and relationships with direct publishers and mediation partners.
Solid understanding of RTB and programmatic ad integration mechanisms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.
