VoicedIQ is a leader in customer bid intelligence for companies selling to the government, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support their growing sales team. The role involves generating interest in the VoicedIQ platform, initiating dialogue with prospective customers, and coordinating meetings for sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Generating interest in our VoicedIQ® platform
- Initiating dialogue with prospective customers
- Explaining why prospects should agree to meet with our sales representatives to learn more
- Coordinating demo times and scheduling meetings for our sales representatives
- Handling both phone and email correspondence with high-level executives
- Answering questions and inquiries pertaining to the services provided by VoicedIQ®
- Compiling and organizing research to be utilized by the Sales Director
- Advising the Sales Team on potential leads
- Providing administrative support functions for the sales team
- Setting target conversation and demo set up goals and achieving them
- Collaborating with Marketing Team and actualizing the results of their lead generation activities
- Ideating and implementing new lead generation campaigns and techniques
Requirements:
- Must have received a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institution
- Must have experience handling phone and email correspondence
- Must demonstrate a high aptitude for salesmanship
- Must be able to demonstrate writing proficiency
- 40+ WPM, proper grammar, punctuation, spelling
- Because of the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees' remote working locations be in the United States Eastern or Central time zones only
