The Enterprise Solution Engineer III is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade platform solutions, ensuring technical execution within Agile delivery, and providing leadership to engineering team members.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex, cross-module solutions aligned to enterprise standards, including advanced integrations across ERP, identity, cloud, and third-party platforms
- Lead design sessions, conduct code and configuration reviews, and enforce development best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions
- Oversee platform governance including role-based access controls, lifecycle management, upgrade planning, and approval of significant changes to ensure security, compliance, and sustainability
- Monitor platform health and performance, driving continuous improvements to optimize stability, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Provide technical leadership within Agile processes, guiding backlog prioritization, estimation, and task delegation; ensure timely delivery, remove blockers, and manage risks impacting delivery or platform stability
- Align platform practices with governance and total cost of ownership goals, identify opportunities to expand platform value, and mentor Engineers I and II, conducts code reviews, and fosters strong development practices to elevate team capability and consistency
- Designs complex, cross-functional automation solutions and develops advanced scripting and integrations; establishes reusable patterns and ensures scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations
- Utilizes strong analytical skills with superior communication in order to collaborate across business and IT stakeholders, aligning work to organizational goals, and driving high-quality outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field
- 5 years ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience
- 5 years Platform architecture, integration patterns, governance, security, and lifecycle management
- 5 years Deep multi-module ServiceNow expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
- Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow
- Master's Degree Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field
- 8 years ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience
- Licensure - ServiceNow certification (CAD and module certifications)
