Junior Business Analyst

Marathon TS is looking for a Business Analyst who will work directly with G6 stakeholders at Fort McCoy to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop data-driven recommendations that support 88th RD mission readiness. The role involves conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing business processes, and supporting system implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
• Develop business cases and propose solutions for process improvements
• Create data analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Support system implementation and business transformation initiatives
• Maintain adaptability to changing business needs and proactively learn new tools and technologies
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience with process modeling and workflow tools
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; elicit and document business requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and industry trends
• The ability to obtain and maintain a NACI (or higher) clearance which requires US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university
