They are seeking a Signage Project Manager to oversee signage activities, manage client interactions, and coordinate projects while ensuring effective communication and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of signage activities, scheduling, budget management, and communication
- Managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects
- Providing estimates and budgets, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and obtaining/reviewing vendor quotes
- Understand how to read sign packets, construction drawings, and signage code in order to compile project scope documents
- Review blueprints and/or gather information for the project scope of work
- Sourcing all appropriate vendors for specific projects
- Point of contact for the client and updates the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the project
- Negotiate and prepare contracts, develop, and monitor schedules and coordinate with team
- Update the internal as well as the client software management system throughout all phases of the project
- Collaboration with Director of Signage and other team members
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Strong customer service and management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Organized & detail oriented
- Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
