Role Overview
- Support renewal opportunities in partnership with Solution Account Managers
- Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions
- Drive awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns
- Close renewal and expansion business on a monthly basis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's competitive positioning in the marketplace
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience
- Experience with Customer Journey (Marketo), Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Workflow (Workfront) solutions
- Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in prospect to closure and holding quota for your own territory
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail
