REDi Health is a company focused on enhancing the sustainability of small and rural hospitals through data analytics. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to execute marketing initiatives, support business development, and ensure efficient marketing operations across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Driving campaigns, producing and optimizing content, managing social and digital channels, supporting events and partnerships, enabling client engagement, tracking performance, and providing oversight to interns or entry-level marketing support
- Execute marketing initiatives across the full funnel to support awareness, engagement, and business development priorities
- Support go-to-market efforts for key service areas (Chargemaster, Denials, Rural Health programs)
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline, outreach, and partnership goals
- Maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Leverage analytics to track campaign performance and optimize engagement and ROI
- Create, manage, and optimize marketing content across channels, including social, website, email, paid media, and collateral
- Contribute to case studies, success stories, white papers, and client impact materials
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across internal and external communications
- Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to translate REDi service offerings into clear, compelling messaging
- Oversee interns and entry-level contributors, reviewing work for strategy, tone, and quality
- Maintain organized content and campaign calendars aligned to strategic priorities
- Recommend content strategies informed by performance data and market trends
- Execute and manage social media strategy and paid marketing across platforms
- Support SEO and discoverability initiatives
- Identify and engage distribution channels relevant to rural hospital leaders
- Track and analyze metrics to optimize engagement, reach, and relevance
- Coordinate marketing efforts for conferences, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, webinars, and REDi-hosted events
- Develop and distribute promotional materials and messaging for events and outreach campaigns
- Support co-marketing with partners and associations
- Manage event logistics, including vendors, print materials, and internal communications
- Capture content opportunities from events for repurposing and extending visibility
- Support creation of sales enablement materials, demos, proof points, landing pages, and downloadable assets
- Support account-based and targeted outreach efforts
- Contribute to client engagement initiatives such as webinars, resource hubs, recognition programs, and community-building
- Track marketing activity, performance indicators, and asset usage
- Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, and documentation to support repeatable execution
- Develop standardized templates, workflows, and processes to ensure scalability
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and timely delivery
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1–4 years of marketing experience (startup, B2B, healthcare, or growth marketing preferred)
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and content creation
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities
- Growth-oriented, data-driven mindset with ability to make recommendations based on analytics
- Highly self-directed and able to execute independently
