CACI International Inc is a company dedicated to enhancing federal government procurement processes through innovative IT solutions. They are seeking a Procurement Business Analyst to enhance and support procurement processes from an IT perspective, leveraging expertise in federal acquisition regulations and procurement-related IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and support SAP SRM to maximize its potential for strategic sourcing and spend analysis
- Facilitate the integration of SAP SRM with existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and accurate data flow
- Support sourcing processes by leveraging expertise in federal acquisition regulations and agency-specific policies
- Ensure proper integration with Bid Evaluation and Optimization and EDI systems, focusing on gathering requirements and providing technical support
- Conduct functional unit testing, integration testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts
- Create training materials and conduct sessions to enhance the client's system proficiency
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to streamline procure-to-pay processes
- Provide insights into opportunities to enhance procurement processes and system upgrades
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in procurement processes with SAP SRM or similar role
- Highly adaptable team player with a strong aptitude for acquiring new technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working on multiple releases in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
- Must be a US citizen
- 2+ years working in U.S. federal acquisition regulations and procedures
- SAP SRM, SAP MM, SAP S/4 experience with MRP or SAP Procurement for Public Sector
- Familiarity with Agile and SAP development methodologies, tools, and practices
- Experience with release management tools and processes in a global organization
