Visual Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Tech Observer is seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Infor VISUAL to provide production support in a customized environment. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing access requests, and collaborating with business users and IT teams to enhance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support across VISUAL Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders
• Troubleshoot issues in a highly customized environment, including reverse engineering existing solutions
• Support, triage, and resolve tickets and access requests with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer service
• Assist with enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements as needed

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9, including core functional modules
• Strong technical capabilities in Visual Macros, Custom VB.NET solutions, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL Server administration
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment
• Project Management experience or certification
• ITIL certification
