Business System Analyst - CLM

Bayforce is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst Lead to support a high-impact CLM initiative. This role will drive discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with business stakeholders
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
• Perform gap and data analysis to identify process improvements
• Partner with Product Owners to define and refine backlog requirements
• Serve as a technical lead for CLM implementations (Ironclad or Conga) and related integrations
• Provide functional guidance to technical teams and ensure alignment with business expectations
• Create and maintain documentation including specifications, wireframes, test cases, user guides, and roadmaps
• Support UAT planning and execution in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Facilitate system requirements meetings and, when needed, act as a proxy Product Owner
• Conduct peer reviews and mentor team members as needed
• Evaluate delivery workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across business and technology teams
• Support enterprise-wide solutions that span multiple business units
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design monitoring and alerting strategies
• Respond to system issues (performance, incidents, vulnerabilities) and coordinate resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis for system-related incidents
• Maintain knowledge base documentation for ongoing support and issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to change management policies and best practices
• Support release planning, deployment, and rollback strategies
• Assess risk and impact of system changes, distinguishing between high-risk and routine updates

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and platform configuration
• 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM solutions
• Strong experience with Ironclad preferred; Conga CLM experience also accepted
• Hands-on experience with CLM configuration and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle processes and optimization
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and data integration
• Experience with business rules, custom logic, and enterprise data workflows
• 3+ years supporting production environments for enterprise applications
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience working in agile environments
• Ironclad Bootcamp Certification
