Horizon Health Corporation is currently hiring for a remote Business Development Representative to identify and cultivate new opportunities within the behavioral health market. The role focuses on prospecting potential clients, setting meetings, and maintaining accurate CRM records to drive organizational growth for Mental Health Outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the behavioral health market to drive organizational growth for Mental Health Outcomes (MHO)
- Prospect potential clients through cold calls, targeted emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Set meetings between prospective clients and Vice Presidents of Sales
- Develop data driven prospecting plans using Salesforce, HubSpot, Definitive Healthcare, and other research tools
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet lead generation goals to expand the company’s growth
- Lead efforts to research, identify, and secure new business with target organizations
- Conduct a minimum of 50 outreach activities per day
- Secure five new leads per month
- Assist in copy and collateral development– PowerPoint decks, Sales 1 pagers, etc
- Assist in Marketing and advertising initiatives, i.e., social media campaigns, websites, etc
- Develop Ideal Customer Profile by leveraging data provided by Trilliant/Definitive Health, and other tools
- Track and report data regarding target demographics and the company’s marketing efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned/required by this position
Requirements:
- High School Graduate/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
- HubSpot and Salesforce experience required
- Strong background in marketing automation, data integration and lead management
- Experience with Lead Generation and marketing to hospitals and health systems, experience in the behavioral health field, a bonus
- Ability to read, comprehend and translate moderate to complex instructions and documents
- Takes initiative, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and operates with discretion
- Strong MS Office Product skills, specifically MS PowerPoint to create and edit presentations for all departments
- Ability to complete multiple projects with mirroring timelines for multiple leaders
- Passion for driving growth through data and technology
- Ability to support remote staff, and ability to work well both independently and with a team
- Apply creative skills and strategies to support marketing campaigns, messaging and collateral
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Products, Hubspot, Salesforce, Trilliant, Definitive Healthcare, company Intranet
