Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom
- Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide individuals and families through the enrollment and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
- Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
- Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
- Experience in customer service, client advising, or sales is helpful but not required
