Senior Product Manager, AI Strategy & Integration

Guidewire Software is a leading platform for P&C insurers that focuses on innovation and efficiency. As a Senior Product Manager for AI Strategy & Integration, you will connect advanced AI technology with practical applications to enhance the InsuranceNow product, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive AI integration across various modules.

Responsibilities:

• Assess products and workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-enabled processes and use cases
• Partner with PMs across all areas of the product to 'AI-enable' their roadmaps
• Run lean experiments and evaluations with rigorous success criteria to prove value before scaling
• Triage user feedback, reproduce issues, file crystal-clear bugs, and maintain a high standard of backlog hygiene for AI-specific work
• Help shape the future of our product and set the standards for how AI is applied within the industry

Requirements:

• Deep working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Agentic design and concepts, evaluations, and prompt engineering
• Experience with Claude Code and writing skills are a plus
• Ability to design and run 'small-bet' evaluations to validate AI performance and results
• Mapping complex business logic to AI-driven workflows
• Understanding the nuances of Property & Casualty insurance, or other highly regulated industry
• Proven AI Track Record: You've built and shipped AI products that solve real-world problems—not just prototypes
• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI tools in your own workflow to drive your own productivity and innovation
• You use insights, not just intuition to make decisions and continuously improve the product
• You can explain RAG to a stakeholder and ROI to an engineer without losing anyone in translation
• You thrive in the 'grey area' of emerging tech and can pivot when the data (or the model) changes
• Experience navigating the regulatory and data privacy complexities of the P&C Insurance industry
