Kadence is a company focused on making hybrid work an advantage for organizations globally. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify leads to help organizations adapt to hybrid work, while collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments using email, social, and phone calls and confirm demos
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching personal and team targets
- Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
- Attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships
Requirements:
- A drive to work in a fast-paced, international, and ever-changing environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
