They are hiring Business Development Representatives to support lead qualification and book meetings for Sales Executives, focusing on quality conversations and accurate lead qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospects across the United States
- Qualify inbound leads and respond to new enquiries
- Schedule meetings for Sales Executives
- Consistently follow up with longer-cycle and nurturing leads, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Engage directly with automotive dealerships, including calling dealerships, understanding dealership operations, and navigating their internal processes
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or lead generation, particularly high-volume outbound calling
- Strong phone presence and written/verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage follow-ups, track conversations, and reliably follow through
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Experience working with or selling into automotive dealerships, or a strong understanding of dealership operations
- Experience working with or selling into automotive dealerships, or a strong understanding of dealership operations, is highly preferred (near-mandatory)
- B2B or SaaS sales experience
- Background in professional services
