They are seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and maintaining the recruitment process, managing recruitment for various levels, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explore the best market practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Build quality relationships with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes, and associations
- Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
- Manage the recruitment of managers to executive level positions. Pro-actively sourcing candidates from the internet and the competition to identify candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process for global efficiency
- Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites
- Train/mentor new recruiters on global recruiting processes and tools
- Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires
- Utilize recruitment budget within given targets
- Participate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative
