Temu is a rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for IP Partnerships to join their team. In this role, you will proactively source and evaluate potential IP partners, build relationships with IP owners, and lead partner negotiations to secure collaboration opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, evaluate, and prioritize potential IP partners across entertainment, gaming, anime, lifestyle, and consumer brands
- Build and manage high-value relationships with IP owners, licensors, and agencies to secure long-term collaboration opportunities
- Lead partner negotiations, reach agreement on key contractual terms, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external licensing requirements
- Work with product, creative, legal, operations, and other relevant teams to enable execution of IP-based commercialization initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Entertainment, IP, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IP partnerships, licensing, business development, brand collaborations, or related roles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
