Beacon is an early-stage healthcare technology company focused on building advanced data infrastructure for clinical AI. They are seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and market education for their healthcare AI platform, ensuring clear communication of their value to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the company’s product messaging and positioning across core audiences, including life sciences, pharma, healthcare organizations, and AI developers
- Translate a complex clinical data and AI platform into differentiated, buyer-relevant narratives
- Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience-specific positioning for new and existing product offerings
- Partner with product and commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer-facing materials
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, use cases, and market segments
- Define launch strategies, target audiences, key messages, sales enablement needs, and campaign priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure launches are well-coordinated and commercially effective
- Identify market trends, buyer pain points, and competitive dynamics to inform positioning and GTM strategy
- Create and maintain sales collateral, product one-pagers, pitch materials, case studies, FAQs, and demo-support resources
- Equip commercial teams with clear narratives and tools to communicate the platform’s value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop content that helps educate the market on responsible clinical AI, real-world data, multimodal datasets, and healthcare innovation
- Support customer conversations, conference preparation, and executive-level storytelling as needed
- Build a content strategy that supports product awareness, category education, and demand generation
- Develop and edit thought leadership content for executive voices, company channels, newsletters, blogs, and industry audiences
- Create content that resonates with both business buyers and scientific, clinical, or technical stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to turn company vision, market insights, and customer learnings into compelling public-facing narratives
- Support the company’s presence at relevant industry conferences, healthcare AI events, life sciences forums, and clinical innovation summits
- Help shape event messaging, booth materials, presentation themes, follow-up campaigns, and speaker submissions
- Identify high-value market opportunities where the company should participate or lead conversations
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure brand and messaging consistency across public-facing materials
- Own the product marketing roadmap and manage priorities across launches, content, events, and sales enablement
- Build lightweight systems for planning, tracking, and executing marketing initiatives
- Use modern AI and productivity tools to increase output across research, content development, competitive monitoring, and reporting
- Operate independently while coordinating input from executives, product leaders, commercial teams, and agency partners
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in product marketing
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-moving technology environment
- Proven ability to create positioning and messaging for complex technical products
- Experience leading go-to-market strategy for product launches, new use cases, or new market segments
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for business, scientific, technical, and executive audiences
- Strong understanding of how to support sales teams with effective collateral, narratives, and enablement materials
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a lean environment
- Highly organized, systems-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing detail
- Background in life sciences, healthcare technology, digital health, clinical data, AI, medical technology, or data platforms strongly preferred
- Familiarity with life sciences, pharma, clinical research, or healthcare workflows preferred
- AI-native mindset, with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase quality, speed, and leverage
