Head of Product

Handoff is an AI-driven platform that helps construction companies automate their operations and improve efficiency. They are seeking a Head of Product to lead the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on scaling their product offerings and launching new verticals while ensuring a high-velocity product development process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap to scale Handoff to $100M+ revenue
• Run a high-velocity product development system with weekly shipping cadence
• Ensure product, design, and engineering teams operate with speed and quality
• Embed customer insights into every product decision. Build systems to talk to users every week
• Drive retention and NDR outcomes by investing in core workflows, adoption loops, and upsell surfaces
• Guide the evolution of our AI-agent product: agent-first workflows, permissions, monitoring, and trust systems
• Launch and iterate on fintech and procurement products, balancing speed with risk and reliability
• Partner closely with GTM on enablement, product marketing, and feedback loops
• Ensure platform coherence across squads. Build shared IA, design system foundations, and product standards
• Coach and grow a high-performing team of PMs and designers
