WillyGoat is a fast-growing commercial and residential playground and ecommerce equipment dealer. They are looking for an experienced remote customer service representative to handle inbound support and proactively assist customers with their inquiries and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer product questions via email, chat, and phone lines
- Respond to sales leads and customer needs
- Identify and log trends in requests and issues to improve communication through the website and digital content
- Handle traditional inbound support (phone, email, chat)
- Proactively reach out to customers who have requested quotes to help them move their projects forward

- Schedule: 8am–5pm CST or 9-6CST, Monday–Friday. MST is an option also
- Location: Alabama, Louisiana or Tennessee based candidates will only be considered
- Environment: A quiet, professional home office space is required for phone calls
