They are seeking a Business Development Representative responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building client relationships.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture opportunities for new business
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey solutions to potential clients
- Experience in Sales and Business Development with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and analytics for tracking and optimizing sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related industries is a plus
