
Requirements
Demonstrated experience conducting UX research across complex enterprise or platform products, ideally involving AIassisted, datadriven, or automationenabled workflows.
Strong ability to design and execute mixedmethods research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product strategy, feature development, and roadmap prioritization.
Experience researching AI experiences, including user trust, explainability, adoption barriers, and humanintheloop workflows.
Proven ability to synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product, design, and engineering decisions.
Comfortable working in fastmoving, iterative environments, supporting AI acceleration efforts where speed and signal quality are critical.
Experience partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analytics teams across the full product lifecycle.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights for executive, product, and technical audiences.
Familiarity with enterprise UX research considerations, including multiple personas, complex workflows, regulatory or trust constraints, and scale.
Experience with common research and collaboration tools (e.g., research platforms, analytics tools, Figma, Miro).
Bachelor’s degree in HumanComputer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
