
A. Program Planning and Reporting
a. Development and continual maintenance of an integrated project plan
b. Development and continuous updating of program schedule, deliverables, key personnel/deliverable owners and milestones. Formal project updates will be documented and submitted to executive leadership team at least once per month.
c. Active monitoring and oversight of all project activities, including vendor activities.
d. Prepare and deliver monthly project manager review (PMR) summary
e. Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) update
f. Preparation and maintenance of RAID log
g. Preparation of any required business case documentation
h. Financial management reporting
B. Stakeholder Communication
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership team.
b. Schedule and lead recurring meetings as needed to bring together deliverable owners and share information and project updates.
c. Facilitate communication between deliverable owners and leadership stakeholders.
d. Cross-team coordination and collaboration. e. Lead status reviews and leadership updates.
C. Financial Management
a. Monthly reporting of actuals
b. Development and monthly adjustment of spend forecast
c. Review of invoices and tracking of reimbursement in spend forecast
d. Development and monthly adjustment of labor forecast
e. Explanation of deviations between monthly forecast and monthly actuals
f. Manage vendor invoicing schedule g. Preparation of monthly accruals
D. Governance and Oversight
a. Establish program governance, decision-making frameworks, and reporting structures.
b. Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, regulatory requirements, and Department of Energy requirements.
E. Risk Management and Mitigation
a. Identify cross-project risks (technical, financial, schedule, operational).
b. Implement mitigation and contingency plans
c. Escalate critical issues and drive resolution
F. Benefits Realization and Performance Tracking
a. Monitor KPIs and ensure program delivers expected value
