OVERVIEW
TalentFish is currently hiring an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure & Digital Platforms Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level IT initiatives.
- This role requires a strong background across Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Digital Platforms, managing projects from intake through execution in a hybrid cloud and datacenter environment.
- The Infrastructure Project Manager will play a critical role in driving structure, execution, and cross-functional alignment across enterprise IT efforts.
What You Bring (Ideal Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of IT Project Management experience, with strong exposure to enterprise infrastructure and operations initiatives.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-year IT programs across infrastructure, cloud, and platform domains.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) in enterprise or hybrid environments.
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Change & Incident workflows).
- Strong familiarity with enterprise networking, M365 modernization, and application integrations.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, systems integrators, and managed service providers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT initiatives from intake, planning, execution, stabilization, through close-out.
- Lead multi-domain projects across:
- Infrastructure
- Hybrid cloud environments
- Digital platforms
- Security and IT operations
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, financial impact, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, budgets, and KPIs.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models based on project complexity and risk.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical, operational, and vendor-related risks, escalating as needed.
- Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, operations, security, vendors, and leadership.
- Manage vendor-led initiatives, including SOW tracking, milestone validation, and performance accountability.
- Deliver executive-level status reporting highlighting progress, risks, financials, and key decisions.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement of project delivery and governance.
Professional Competencies:

- Strong command of PMI PMBOK principles, Agile methodologies, and hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in risk, dependency, and priority management in complex environments.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor cost management.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- High emotional intelligence and leadership presence; ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and executive communication.
- Process-oriented mindset with focus on governance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected hourly rate for this position is $55 - $75 W2 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
