RecruitHook is building a modern growth platform focused on recruiting and strategic partnerships. They are seeking a highly capable operator to work directly with the Founder to build revenue systems and scalable growth channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize CRM and pipeline systems
- Create lead generation and outbound growth campaigns
- Implement AI workflows for outreach, follow-up, and lead routing
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels
- Support recruiting and franchise advisory growth efforts
- Build longevity equipment and wellness partnership pipeline
- Track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Help turn relationships into scalable revenue systems
Requirements:
- Experience in GTM, RevOps, Growth Ops, Partnerships, or Startup Operations
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and automation tools
- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue creation
- Ability to operate independently and move quickly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude
