Engauge Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly driven Marketing & Outbound Sales Manager to lead top-of-funnel growth through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting. This role focuses on generating pipeline and bringing in new business within OEM and plastic injection molding markets, requiring a hands-on approach to outbound prospecting and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and target OEMs and high-value accounts within manufacturing and molding industries
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to engage decision-makers
- Use Salesforce and ZoomInfo extensively to build prospect lists, manage data, and drive outreach campaigns
- Develop and manage multi-touch outreach sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to align messaging and improve conversion rates
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within Salesforce
- Over time, transition into building and optimizing marketing campaigns and demand generation strategies
Requirements:
- Strong outbound sales experience with a focus on cold calling and lead generation
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Self-starter who thrives in a build-from-zero environment
- Comfortable with high activity levels and performance-driven goals
- Experience targeting or selling into OEMs, manufacturing, or industrial environments
