Stack Recruitment is a fast-growing technology company building security and assurance infrastructure for blockchain and digital assets. They are seeking a hands-on Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive net-new enterprise logo acquisition and build senior relationships across financial institutions, exchanges, and Web3 infrastructure providers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy targeting regulated institutions, exchanges, and Web3 companies
- Prospect, engage, and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Engineering, Risk, and C‑suite stakeholders
- Translate complex technical security concepts into clear business value
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting
Requirements:
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record closing net-new enterprise deals
- Strong hunter mindset and consultative selling approach
- Comfortable selling technical products or services
- Understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, digital assets, or security concepts
- Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Background in blockchain, cybersecurity, fintech, or other regulated industries
